Empowering Youth to Discover New Paths
The Moving Forward Series is a Detroit-based program for teens, ages 12-17, providing mentors, resources, and support to help them overcome past obstacles and create a positive future. We focus on each young person’s potential, guiding them to make real, lasting changes. Meeting in person five days a week, we offer a safe, welcoming community hub where teens can connect, grow, and move forward with confidence.

Each participant will be assigned a youth advocate who serves as a supportive guide, helping them navigate challenges, build life skills, and foster positive decision-making for a healthy lifestyle.

We provide case managers that will help teens get access to essential resources like employment opportunities and basic needs to empower participants in their personal growth and development.
